Books

Gwinyai has contributed to the book "Field Guide of Appropriate Technology" (Academic Press, 2002) edited by Professor Barrett Hazeltine. He is currently researching and working on his first book.

Gwinyai is interested in US-Africa relations and in 2000 he attended the United States National Summit on Africa which was officially launched by former President Bill Clinton. As President Clinton welcomed guests he had this to say: "Your presence here and your active involvement in this national event demonstrate to all Americans that the United States and Africa can benefit from a strong partnership. Promoting democracy and stability in Africa means commitment from institutions and people."

Gwinyai is committed to creating networks of people interested in US-Africa relations both in academia and the private sector and enjoys writing and researching on such matters. His current project is How to Win Social Justice.
